3/21/2012 · After days of no real updates from Support they had me try an full Factory Reset on Nest Guard and all Detects/Yale locks. I then had 3 offline again within about an hour or so. However, this morning they notified me that there may be an issue with Nest Hub Max’s causing them to be offline. TIL the Hub Max is also be a Thread Router (we have two).
